It’s a good sign to see Chris Englehart move him up in class of the claim, since he usually spots his runners well at this meet.
Has the back class to suggest he can beat this bunch.

Ran a competitive speed figure when winning his turf debut last time out over this course.
Drew a great post position for this tricky one-mile distance on the inner course.

Race 7: Wild Colonial Boy (#10)
Faced a decent foe despite winning for a tag last time, as runner-up Giant Boo Boo returned to win impressively next time out.
His prior form in Florida is actually better than it seems and suggests he still could improve.
It’s a good sign that Linda Rice is showing the confidence to move him into a protected spot first off the claim.

Race 8: Four Knights (#9)
Ran well to break his maiden last time, setting a legitimate pace over a yielding course that he didn’t necessarily love.
His prior turf effort on May 24 was much stronger than it appears, as he got caught behind tiring runners before unleashing a strong stretch kick.
