Race 2: Blahnik (#1)
Took a ton of money in her debut, so she clearly was thought to have some talent.
Is actually better bred for turf than dirt despite being a daughter of Bernardini, as her dam-side pedigree is all grass breeding.
Had more gate speed in her recent morning drill, so she should show speed this time.

Race 7: Jody’s Song (#3)
Was extremely impressive in her debut last year, where she easily could have won by a much greater margin had she not been geared down late.
Has been given plenty of time to recover from an injury sustained late last year.
Should be ready to fire off the layoff given that she won her debut.

Race 9: Epping Forest (#12)
Should get an extremely fast pace to close into with multiple speeds signed on for this race.
Ran very well over this course when second in a stakes last year, so she isn’t just a Belmont specialist.
Has developed a great rapport with Joel Rosario, who is as good as any rider in the country at getting closing turf sprinters to win.

You can’t go wrong with “Jody’s Song”!
