Saratoga Horses in Focus for Thursday, July 26th

Race 6: Land Mine (#1)

Handled this distance when she broke her maiden at Saratoga last summer.

Has run well over wet tracks herself, and is a half-sister to the slop-loving mare Bar of Gold.

Has logged a steady, stamina-building series of workouts for her return.

6-1 on ML

Race 9: Runaway Lute (#6)

Has returned in the best form of his career in 2018.

Joel Rosario chooses to stick with this guy rather than his regular mount Gold for the King.

A quick blowout drill last Thursday suggests that he’s maintaining his solid form.

5-1 on ML
