Aqueduct Horses in Focus for Friday, April 20th

TF0040218webad640x300

Race 2: Tiz a Kitten (#4)
Is likely to get overlooked based on her poor recent dirt form despite the fact that her turf races make her competitive.
Comes back on short rest for the capable Scott Lake barn.
Possesses early speed in race where her main rivals are plodding late runners.
12-1 on ML

Race 5: Presence of Mind (#6)
The Pace Projector is predicting a situation on or near the lead and he figures to bet a good outside stalking trip.
Actually ran quite well in the Tremont when last seen after chasing a fast pace, indicated by red color-coding in TimeformUS PPs.
Gets Lasix for the first time.
6-1 on ML

Race 6: Mysterio (#10)
Is bred to be a turf horse, since he’s out of turf-winning dam and is half-brother to 2 turf winners.
Ran deceptively well in his only turf start last year despite ducking in at the gap and having to alter course late.
Figures to get overlooked in a race where entrants from Shug McGaughey and Chad Brown are likely to dominate the wagering.
12-1 on ML
