Race 3: Brimstone (#4)
The Pace Projector is predicting that he will be on the lead in a situation favoring the front-runner.
Was compromised by a flat-footed break last time and was never able to make it to the lead.
His prior form is good enough to beat this field.

Race 7: Harlan Punch (#5)
His disappointing loss at 3-5 last time is not as bad as it seems, as he got an uncomfortable trip after breaking slowly.
He proved that he is perfectly capable of handling two turns in that 10-furlong vicory in February.
Has won on short rest in the past.
5-2 on ML
Race 8: Great Stuff (#5)
Should get an honest pace to close into with speeds like Army Mule , Red Dragon Tattoo, and Green Gratto in the field.
Unlike others exiting the Tom Fool, he should be better suited to this 7 furlong distance.
Would be awfully tough to beat if he can repeat his win in the Toboggan.
8-1 on ML
Race 9: Aveenu Malcainu (#6)
The Pace Projector is predicting that he will get a fast pace to close into.
Excelled in sprint races last year and seemed to struggled at the end of his routes, so this turnback should suit him.
Ran well when fresh in his career debut, which bodes well for him coming off the layoff.
5-1 on ML
I too like Great Stuff in the 8th race. I think he loves the distance & comes out of a tough Tom Fool race a few weeks ago where he spotted the winner of that race 3 lbs. They carry equal weights today.
