Race 2:

Adulation (#6)

Made a huge middle move after getting away slowly in his debut.
Ian Wilkes, a 23-rated debut trainer, gets an improved 62 trainer rating second time out.
His dam is a half-sister to Birdstone and Bird Town, so he is bred to stretch out.
5/2 on ML

Race 7:

Doyouknowsomething (#6)

Was very rank in the early going last time, which forced his rider to take him too far back.
Was trying to close into a slow pace last time.
Has run races that are fast enough to beat this field.
2/1 on ML

Race 8:

Cave Johnson (#7)

Projected to get a fast pace to close into.
Was never fully clear in traffic two back when facing better horses.
Is currently in the best form of his career.
6/1 on ML
