Horses in Focus At Aqueduct and Santa Anita on Saturday February 27th

Hand-selected by The TimeformUS team, Horses in Focus stand out on our feature sets, such as pace projector, TimeformUS speed figures, spotlight ratings, trainer ratings, pedigree ratings, etc. Expect to see TimeformUS Horses in Focus on this blog typically every Wednesday-Sunday. If Horses in Focus are available for tracks with a later post-time, they will be added to this post throughout the day.

Race 1:

More Than Rainbows (#1)
Ran just as well as, if not better than, Liberty Fuze three back after stumbling at the start.
Has had excuses recently: encountered slop two back, didn’t want two turns last time.
Is the only horse that possesses the speed to stay close to Liberty Fuze early.
10/1 on ML
Race 7:
Lifes Rewards (#1)
Ran very well last time, overcoming a three-wide trip to win by open lengths.
Trainer is having a strong meet.
Can work out a ground-saving trip from this post position.
3/1 on ML
Race 8:
Dreams to Reality (#3)
Got a very strange ride in the Busanda when allowed to drop back midway through the race.
Finished up well despite encountering traffic in upper stretch last time.
It’s encouraging that the connections keep the faith and switch to top rider Kendrick Carmouche.
12/1 on ML

Race 2:

Dressed to a T, the 2 horse:

Has improving speed figures.

Training well for this.

Projects to be coming from off of a fast pace.

9-2 on ML.
Race 9:

Coronado Cool, the 10 horse:

Outran her odds down the hill last year.

Had improving grass figures last year.

Training very well for this.

12-1 on ML.
