DontLetTheGamePassYouByfortfus

Hand-selected by The TimeformUS team, Horses in Focus stand out on our feature sets, such as pace projector, TimeformUS speed figures, spotlight ratings, trainer ratings, pedigree ratings, etc. Expect to see TimeformUS Horses in Focus on this blog typically every Wednesday-Sunday. If Horses in Focus are available for tracks with a later post-time, they will be added to this post throughout the day.

AQUEDUCT

Race 2:

Hot Squad (#4)

Was compromised by a three-wide trip against a gold rail last time.

Other horses have come back out of his last race to improve next time out.

Had previously been running the fastest speed figures in the field.

2/1 on ML

Race 5:

Chicago Son (#2)

Projected to be on the lead in a situation favoring the frontrunner.

Kendrick Carmouche knows how to be aggressive; will take advantage of the situation.

Getting some class relief as he drops out of a tougher race.

3/1 on ML
———————————
Race 8:

Lady Luciano (#3)

Pace Projector is predicting a situation favoring the frontrunner; she has speed.

Finished ahead of likely favorite Literata last time.

All three of her wins have come at two turns over Aqueduct’s inner track.

4/1 on ML

SANTA ANITA

Race 5:

Amazing Lady, the 2 horse:

Earned strong speed figure of 86 in debut.

Burned up on fast fractions in that race.

Returned to train well.

5-2 on ML.
———————————
Race 6:

Ain’t Misbehavin, the 4 horse:

His speed figures have been improving.

Trainer gets 100 rating with this rider.

Facing easier today, according to our race ratings.

9-2 on ML.
