#2 Enduring Erin may be able to use this post position to gain position closer to the early lead. Hess gets 89 rating with his favorite rider, Kent D. #3 Backintheacademy made a big run last time and, as Pace Projector indicates, has more early speed than we saw last time.

Race 2:

#7 Eltoninadress will be on a clear early lead in a race favoring speed, according to Pace Projector. Consistently runs speed figures in the 80s. #6 It’s Aine figures for a stalking trip and has some efforts that fit.

Race 3:

#3 Nicegirlsfnishlast ran an 89 in a turf route in October. #4 Spy Girl will have to be run down. (This race was destroyed by scratches.)

Race 4:

#6 Cruisingtheharbor drops in class for Pete Miller and has a Breeding Rating of 97 for dirt sprints. #9 Natalie’s Wonder is the likely favorite with her early speed and strong speed figures.

Race 5:

Highlight Horse: #6 Majestic Charlie will be on the early lead, according to Pace Projector. That’s a strong angle on the cutback, and he enters off an 88 in a route. #3 Cool Roger has impressed the private clockers in his preparation for his return to the races. We’ll give #9 Tizbudsformenlimo a chance to be in the trifecta again at a huge price.

Race 6:

#3 The Gomper was tremendously impressive in his debut. Came back to train well and looms a short price. #8 Serbian Syclone is the obvious candidate to upset the top choice, but our concern here is that he will face a much tougher pace this time while going to post at short odds himself.

Race 7:

#3 A Little Luckier goes from one superb trainer to another. Nice price on the ML for hot connections and should work out a nice trip from this post position. #2 Frandontjudge has improving speed figures and gets in light. She, too, should be a price here.

Race 8:

#3 Arlington House is 8-1 on the ML, was rank last time while rated behind a route pace, and cuts back in distance here off an excellent workout over the surface. #2 Malone may enjoy getting off the hillside turf course.
